I didn't know where to post this...bout pictures

Sorry for posting here, I figured this was the main Out Of Character forum.

As of today, in my deviant art profile, under "gallery" there are some pictures of Jamie Roy's bout with Raine. The final part requires some post work that I haven't had time to do yet...blindfold. arm ties, and to leatherify the whip more (the only model I had was a metal flail). Also, it's my first time using the arena, and the lighting is a mess there...I need to soften it up a bit in the future, but I spent plenty of time just making it seem like daytime.

You may need to make a (free) account for age verification, as I had to post them as adult content.

Just updated the characters folder...lots of fighters, elves, and pirates. Some "civilians" that could have interesting backstory. Or not. Also, my first attempt at getting Christie the Grey down. I know I forgot the gloves and need to work on the sandals. Getting the right amount of holy-ness on the dress was taking up my efforts. Feel free to grab any of the non-claimed characters if you need ideas for PCs or NPCs, or if they fit any characters you have now. Obvioulsy, Christie, Raine, Jamie, Niniane, and Miryala are claimed, but that still leaves dozens!

I really like your rendering of Christie. I don't know much about how poser and similar programs work, but I imagine getting the texture of the dress right would be a pain in the ass. Only thing I'd change, really, is the length of the dress. Aye, the Royo version looks like a full-length gown... somewhere along the way, however, it turned into a miniskirt, about mid-thigh. ^_^

Awesome stuff, though! It's always amazing to see a written creation accurately brought to another medium. It makes me happy. I can't wait to see some scenes from her duels...! XD

Miniskirt, eh? That should be pretty easy...I just make the lower parts of the skirt invisible. Maybe I'll make a couple more holes when I edit that file. I had way overdone it the first time. And I'll get those fingerless gloves. The bandit adventure answered some questions I might have had on other parts of the character.  The hair is about as long as I can get away with before ut starts impaling the body. To make it look "fuller," it's actually two hairstyles colormapped as similarly as possible.   The face is based directly of that picture you linked--is that thing on her forehead necessary? And is it a tattoo or jewelry?

Yeah, I was writing stories (not sharing yet) for some time and had been collecting cool illustrations, but I realized that, to get just about everything I wanted, I'd need to do it myself. I've been at the 3d fir much less than a year now, so there's plenty of room for improvement.

Well done on the hairstyle, I forgot to mention. The eyes, lips, hell, the face in general is -really- well done. As far as the business on her forehead -- it's not really necessary. I always took it for some sort of jewelry, though.

The gloves aren't always on, so that's a bit optional as well, but by all means if they don't prove too troublesome... may as well include them. Excellent stuff so far!
