[BOUNTY] Chloe Smiles, the Bestest Jester Ever

Puppets couldn’t talk. But in the minds of her young audience, Chloe’s little friends had voices all their own.

“Oh, you nasty, wicked girl, Chloe Smiles! How dare you eat my favorite cookie, the one I was saving for my post-dessert snack!” shouted a fiery-haired puppet in a scandalously short dress. On the puppet’s head was a tiny golden tiara, knocked askew from the puppet’s ranting. “I’ll give you a most vicious spanking, see if I don’t!”

“Oh! Thank goodness!” said a second puppet, this one dressed in jester’s motley. “Spank me! Spank me until my bum shines red as strawberries! Just don’t throw me in the briar patch!”

“The briar patch?” Queen Syndra’s puppet paused just long enough to giggle maniacally. “Oh, you stupid girl! I have such a wonderful idea for your new punishment… I’ll throw you in the briar patch!”

“What?!” The jester puppet put its hands to its painted white face. “Nooo! Not the briar patch!”

Cackling evilly, “Queen Syndra” threw a mock-shrieking “Chloe” into a pile of paper scraps. The children tried to conceal their giggling- everyone knew puppets could hear what the audience was saying, after all.

“Ahaha! How do you feel after stealing my delicious cookie now, you wicked girl?” The Queen put her hands to her hips and did a horrid little shuffling dance. The audience booed.

“Oh, nooo!” Chloe shouted. “I’m stuck in the briar patch!... But so are you!”

And so it was! Queen Syndra’s scandalous dress had snagged on the briar patch, and she was snagged tight.

“What trickery is this?! Shouted the Queen. “You evil, wicked Chloe!”

“It’s you who’s been evil and wicked, Synnie!” Amidst the cheers of the audience, Chloe’s puppet popped out of the briar patch completely unharmed. “And now it’s your turn for a spanking!”

“What?! Spank me?! But I’m the queen!”

“You’ve been a bad queen! A very, very naughty queen who likes seeing other people get spanked! So now it’s your turn!” Chloe flipped the queen, still caught by the side of her skirt, face-down on a bench that appeared out of nowhere. She pulled that tiny dress up over the queen’s bum- and showed off a pair of very large, very well-padded bloomers decorated with hearts. “Your bum is begging to be spanked, Queen of hearts!”

“No! Please! Please don’t beat my butt! Ohh! Eee!” To the children’s delight, Chloe pulled out a clown’s paddle and slapped it against the Queen’s big behind. The children clapped appreciatively, and the puppet show’s curtains closed.

The real Chloe leapt over her puppet theater and the kids went wild. “Thank you! Thank you!” she shouted, blowing kisses to her audience. “Don’t forget to keep this a secret, now! We don’t want your parents to find out you just saw the Queen get spanked, now!”

“We promise!” echoed the children.

Chloe beamed at her adoring crowd. She didn’t get any money from the kids, but it was all worth it to see their smiles- and to stick it to the Queen. Chloe loved putting on her makeup, her gigantic hat loaded with jingling bells from cap to tassel, and her flattering skintight, multicolored motley to jingle around the River district every Sunday for her secret shows. The kids were the best audience ever- and there wasn’t any way for her to get caught making fun of the queen. She was just a jester in makeup and motley! After all, what kind of a name was “Chloe Smiles,” if not a stage name?

Unfortunately, she was about to find out that the only thing that travels faster than laughter is the word of a Queen with a grudge…

It had been a week since Manila's horrifying and shameful match. As a contestant in the arena she was not kept in the dungeon, but forced to stay guest rooms built off the arena.

After her match Manila had been left alone in her room, except for occasional visit's from guards, and her regular meal times. She was free to interact with the other contestants, but so far had stayed in her room. She knew everyone had heard about her match, her padded underwear being revealed, her spanking and forced pleasuring. She couldn't bare to face other women who knew these shameful secrets about her! She was used to having the advantage as a star, not being looked down on a flat, lying girl.

That's why Manila was surprised when her door swung open. In walked a royal envoy accompanied by two guards. She rose to greet them.

"I have a message from the queen for you." The envoy said. He enrolled a scroll. Manila became excited. Could this be a royal pardon? Would she be free of this place?

"To Manila the flat." He began reading. One of the guards stifled a laugh, the envoy raising an eyebrows and smiling. Manila flushed, crossing her arms over her chest. She still wore her padded underwear, despite the fact that so many people knew she was actually flat. It was all they'd given her! Their message was obvious. Keep wearing this or go bare!

Despite the padding though, she was still being called Manila the flat. She hated the queen for giving her this nickname!

"I offer you the chance to redeem yourself for your crimes." The envoy read on. "You were arrested for singing a verse which mocked your own Queen, a heinous crime. There is one out there, a jester, who openly defiles the Queen's name and honor."

"If you can find this one and punish her appropriately, You will have a reduced sentence." The envoy read on. "Also, I have a team of specialized mages who can alter the bodies of humans. If you do well enough in the arena and these bounty jobs, perhaps I shall allow you use of them."

Manila froze in shock. Could it be true? If she was allowed that chance she'd be able to finally have the body she wanted, rather then her own puny form. She had to try!

"How do I find this Jester?" Manila demanded as the envoy folded up the scroll.

"Her name is Chloe Smiles, or at least that's her alias." The envoy explained. "She is most easily identified by her large jester hat and tight outfit, with matching makeup. From what we've heard she's prone to spending her time at the River District."

"Good, I'll travel there first." Manila readied herself to leave.

"I must warn you." The envoy said. "Do not consider escape. We have the best trackers in the world, and since your scent is here, we can promise they will track you wherever you go. And if you do so the Queen will be most harsh in punishing you."

"I understand." Manila said. She couldn't leave anyways. She had to come back to try to gain access to those body altering mages! Besides, this should be short work. Catch some silly gesture? Manila guessed she'd be back before nightfall!

She started off, leaving the stadium, hoping to find Chloe's trail by the River District.

As soon as Manila set foot in the River district, the children around her only talked about one thing.

“Chloe’s here!”

“Chloe Smiles? Where?! Is it over?”

“Just hurry! Maybe she’s got balloons this time!”

“She pulled a sword out of her hat last time!”

“A week ago she gave me one of her bells!”

“I got a rock…”

It was child’s play for Manila to follow the trickle of kids to the closed-up pier Chloe was using as a makeshift stage. Sure enough, her target was right where the kids knew she’d be. Apparently she’d been doing this for a little while.

The jester was performing magic tricks for her audience. A wave of her hand and she pulled a handkerchief from the sleeve of her skintight motley (how did she even hide it in there?). Another wave and it became a chain of knotted kerchiefs that she used to skip rope with.

Manila hated to catch herself thinking of it, but the jester was absolutely stunning. She was wiry and lithe in the way acrobats were, but the patchwork of patterns over her chest couldn’t hide the bouncing of her appreciatively sized breasts as she jumped rope. As Chloe spun in place and took her tricks up a level, the sharp curves of her backside came into stark relief. The pattern of her motley split right down the cleft of her cheeks, and more than one of the boys in the audience was caught staring.

Her face was painted white, with sun and moon patterns on opposite cheeks. Her brilliant blue eyes were lined with black, making them seem even larger and brighter than normal. Chloe’s hair was concealed inside her magnificent jester’s hat- for all intents and purposes, her hat was her hair.

And what a hat it was. Bells on tassels, whistles, even a firework or two stuck out at every angle. It was stage magic of the most powerful variety that kept that hat on as she finished her increasingly complicated handkerchief-rope tricks.

“Show’s almost over, boys and girls!” Chloe said to a sea of groans. “But first- who wants a present?” She pointed a finger at a few members of the audience. “Sarah, Frederick, Tammy- you already got one! Shame on you! But… who cares? Presents for everyone!”

Ribbons shot out from Chloe’s hat in an explosion of color. It defied all logic and reason- there was no way she could have kept all that in there- but it happened anyway, and the children eagerly grasped for ribbons they could use to imitate their favorite performer.

In the commotion, Manila was the solitary island in a sea of chaos. She stood by one of the pier’s entrances, pondering what to do.

(Critical fail on defense can play out several ways depending on the situation. It can mean a more embarrassing strip, or defender gets knocked over, or even loose an extra clothing item or miss their next turn. No set rules yet, just whatever fits the story. What you did was great.)

Manila guessed her best move was to try to convince Chloe to come with her. She didn't know what the Jester was capable of, and had seen a very skilled display of either magic or slide of hand on the stage. She decided to activate her necklace to give her voice mystical powers. She began singing, swaying side to side. Slowly the children silenced, looking backwards at Manila's perfect vocal melody. Even the hyper kids were entranced.

Chloe however, was annoyed. Was this woman trying to upstage her? Why? For her audience of children? Then she felt the power of Manila's voice trying to dominate her mind.

"Fair Jester, with silly tricks and hat
Leave the stage, come with me instead
Do not resist or that will be that"

Manila cringed at her poor ad libbing. It was not her strongest suit. It did not matter though. As long as her voice was good enough the Jester obey her!

Chloe pursed her lips. Who was this? Where did she come from? And why did she suddenly feel the need to get off the stage? She never felt like doing that.

Clearly, the singer- if she could be called that- was trying to put a stop to her show. Well, Chloe had a few things to say about that, especially to someone with such terrible composition.

Without warning, Chloe pulled on one of the many random objects sticking out of her hat. A second later it had elongated into a mandolin, which she gave an anticipatory strum with her fingers. She sang:

Everybody loves a clown, so why don't you?
Everybody laughs at the things that I say and do
They all laugh when they see me comin'

But you don't laugh, you just go home runnin'
Everybody loves a clown, so why can't you?
A clown has feelings, too!

The kid's all laughed and cheered at Chloe's song. Manila was an amazing vocalist but she was too stuffy and serious to impress children.

Inwardly, Manila cursed. She was hoping this would be easy. She could make the Jester come with her, get away from all these kids. It would be a no work, no fuss way to get the her sentence reduced. Unfortunately, this Jester shrugged off her mental influence and went straight into a silly song. Manila gritted her teeth. Looks like it would be the hard way!

Manila rushed forward, dodging around the kids and then jumping on the stage. The kids hissed and booed as she lunged forward towards the stunned gesture. She grasped her wrist firmly.

"Hey, hands off!" Chloe said, shocked.

"By order of the Queen I'm bringing you in." Manila said.

Chloe's eyes widened in shock, then narrowed in anger.

"Not going to happen!" Chloe shot back.

Manila saw there was no other way. It was going to come down to force after all. She extended her leg out the slit in her dress, muscular tan limb leading down to her high heeled boot. She threw a kick, hoping to take the fight out of the Jester fast!

So- the Queen’s goons had finally come after her. And of course they’d send a (terrible! Oh, so terrible!) singer to bring her in. Send a thief to catch a thief, send a showgirl to catch a showgirl- it made perfect sense! Still, Chloe wasn’t ready for Manila’s decision to leap up on the stage and start manhandling her. Touching her was one thing- but disrespecting the audience was another.

“Hey, hands off!” Chloe said, shocked enough to break character.

“By the order of the queen, I’m bringing you in.”

“Not going to happen!” Chloe shot back with a nervous smile. The maven had such terrible (oh, so terrible!) coaching in how to run a show. Couldn’t she see that she was frightening the audience?

So when Manila swiped at her with a kick, Chloe had to roll with it. Literally. She slipped out of Manila’s grip and tumbled around the kick, somersaulting to land at the edge of the stage.

“Ta da!” Chloe said, eyes focused on the crowd. “It’ll take more than that to bring the amazing Chloe in!”

It took a few moments for the children to get over their shock, but then they realized this was all part of the show.

“Yeah! Get ‘er, Chloe!”

“Give that meanie a spanking! Just like the Queen!”

“Yeah! Spank her!”

“Spank her! Spank her! Spank her!” chanted the audience, and Chloe knew she had them.

“Ready for some fun, goonie?” Chloe said, steel sharpening the edges of her smile.

"Ready for some fun Goonie?" Chloe asked, putting her fingers to Manila's sides. Manila's eyes went wide. This freak was going to tickle her! She was so ticklish!

"No, no!" Manila squealed, spinning around and stepping away from Chloe. When she was facing her adversary she used her necklace again. Instead of trying to control Chloe she decided to unleash a Banshee like cry, releasing a blast of sonic force to drive her enemy back and tear at her clothes!

Chloe laughed along with her audience and her tickle-attack victim. What was the worst that could happen? This girl didn’t seem all that smart or quick, why would the Queen even-

SKREEEE!

Manila’s shriek blasted Chloe back- she stumbled to keep her footing, but she was still up. The sound buffeted her like a tornado, whipping and shredding at her extremities as she shielded herself. Her multicolored sleeves shredded away, as did the patched fabric over her calves. Her pale white skin contrasted sharply with her outfit- it was so drab, so dull, so boring. Chloe grimaced.

She flicked her gaze to the audience and gave them a wink, but some of the smarter kids knew what was going on. The sound had hit the front row, too, and they were whimpering and covering their ears. Manila just didn’t know the first thing about showmanship- know your audience. This crowd wasn’t ready for a fight scene. Chloe had to improvise.

“Oh, no!” Chloe shouted. “She’s found my one weakness: screaming really loud!... Just kidding! I love loud noises!”

Chloe looked around for something- anything- to end the show. A few feet away, she found it: the calm waters underneath the dock-turned-stage.

“Scream at me all you want, goonie! Scream and kick and tickle me, even! But don’t throw me in the water! Anything but the water!”

Chloe gave a massive wink at her audience. They took their cue almost immediately.

“Not the water! Don’t throw Chloe in the water!”

“Yeah! Throw her- I mean, don’t throw her in!”

Chloe bobbed and weaved to get next to Manila. “Sorry, honey. Gotta exit, stage right,” she whispered.

Manila was baffled by Chloe's strange reaction baffled Manila. Manila had blasted away the arms and legs of Chloe's leotard, but the clown barely seemed phased. She just made more silly jokes to the gathered children. Then, in a shocking turn she'd lunged at Manila, pretended to be thrown and dived into the river, exited the building.

Manila was willing to leave the building. Happy to, in fact. She didn't need the audience of children. First of all, she didn't want any of them to get hurt. Secondly she was annoyed by the children booing her! So Manila hurried out after Chloe.

Manila jumped into the water after Chloe. She stood, about chest deep in the water. She didn't see Chloe yet, but readied another sonic scream against her target just in case!

(Charisma 9 (sorry, was wrong on my last couple roles) + roll 6= 15)

(The Children, of course, rush out to see the fight. Also, Manila's padded undergarments become waterlogged and much more likely to fall!)

Manila scanned the surface of the water, eyes peeled for her target. After all, it wouldn’t be that hard to spot her. With that hat, how long could she stay hidden?

The answer: surprisingly long.

A tiny snorkel poked above the surface of the water a dozen yards away from Manila, further out into the river’s deep center. Deep below the surface, Chloe pondered her next move. Her magical snorkel-hat was great for escaping- but the river was positively filthy. Given the garbage that the townspeople loved to toss in, it was only a matter of time before she was too grossed out to stay down there.

Plus, the state of her motley was starting to worry her. The undercurrent tugged at the torn edges of her motley’s arms and legs. Everything else clung to her even more tightly- she’d be putting on a different kind of show when she got out, that was for sure.

And her makeup (oh, her makeup!) had washed completely away. Her face beneath was pink and flush, certainly nothing to be shy about- but it was the principle of the thing. She couldn’t be seen without her full costume.

Chloe sighed a bubbly sigh. She’d have to make a sneaky escape. She hated it, but the alternative was to either be caught, be seen in her sorry state by her audience, or both.

Chloe slowly swam downriver and headed for a nearby dock, where there was a ladder she could climb to get out of the canal.

Manila looked around desperately, thrashing in the chest deep water. There was no way that Jester was still holding her breath! It had been several minutes. The children watched from shore with eager anticipation. Then, finally, Manila saw the Jester rising from the water, a 100 yards down the bank! She was soaked, water pouring from her strange hat, makeup washed away with a snorkel in her mouth. She looked back and winked at the kids, causing them to cheer.

Manila flushed with anger, thrashing through the water after her. She felt something sliding on her hips that made her slow down. Her underwear! The heavy padding built into was waterlogged, causing it to slid down off her body. With a gasp she reached down, pulling up her panties as she ran.

Manila managed to get to the shore as the Jester was almost out of sight. Manila lugged herself onto the bank, tugging up her panties as she did. The Jester was about to get away! She had one chance to get her. She prepared another sonic scream, to shred some more of the Jester's clothes and daze her so Manila could catch up with her opponent!

(Charisma 9 + roll 7= 16 to hit with a sonic scream!)

Chloe stepped onto the riverbank of cobblestones, home to a few overly optimistic fishermen. While the men hadn’t caught much in the way of fish, they did catch quite a sight of a soaked Chloe pulling herself up! Her motley clung to her breasts, highlighting the twin points in their center. That river had been cold, no matter how much Chloe tried to ignore it!

She flushed red as one of the fishermen eyed her dripping wet body and gave her a wink. She was supposed to be the winker, not the winkee, damn it!

Chloe glanced over her shoulder to see Manila fumbling with her hips through her dress. That lawgirl didn’t stand a chance of catching her. She would have run away then and there- but the children had followed her down the river, and were now staring at a railing overlooking the riverbank. Forcing herself to remain in-character, she tossed a tassel over her shoulder and flipped her hand.

“You’ll always remember this as the day you almost caught Chloe Smiles. Ta ta, sweetie!”

Then three very horrible, terrible (oh, so terrible!) things happened.

Manila shrieked a horrible, awful shriek that sent a tingle up Chloe’s spine. As it turned out, that tingle was more that just Manila’s horrible, tone-deaf screaming. The scream was far away, but it was still strong enough to rip a line straight up the back of her motley, from the top of her butt to the space between her shoulder blades. Chloe’s motley yawned open to reveal soaked pink skin the same color as her now-bare face. Tellingly, there wasn’t any sign of a bra on her back at all.

Second, Manila’s shriek scared the few fish that actually did live in the river half to death. A few of them leaped out of the water to escape her.

And third, and most horrible and most awful, One of those flying fish flew right through the air towards Chloe. With uncanny precision, the fish landed headfirst in the rip in the jester’s motley.

Chloe felt the wet, slimy fish slide down her back. It was wet, it was slimy, it was wriggling- and it wriggled right down her motley, flipping and flopping into her shivering butt crack. Chloe froze in disbelief for a split second. The fish wriggled its way down underneath her motley.

“Ew, ew, ew!” Chloe said, snapping out of her shock long enough to dance up and down. That didn’t help her at all- all it did was wedge the fish deeper down between her cheeks. Desperately, Chloe tried to pull the fish out, but it was too wet and slippery.

Most of the fishermen were speechless, but one of them wasn’t impressed. The old man simply turned his head and said “Hey, if you’re not gonna eat that…”

The children, meanwhile, were briefly confused. Their view only let them see Chloe’s front- but that changed as soon as she started dancing in a circle and trying to fish the fish out of her motley.

“Hey! Chloe’s got a fish in her pants!”

“Oh, no! Is it gonna swim up her butt?”

“Don’t be stupid!”

Manila hurried over to the flailing Jester. She had watched in other confusion and shock as her enemy somehow ended up with a fish up her butt! It was as though this absurd woman lived in a sillier world then the rest of us. Well, Manila thought with a shrug as she rushed over, at least this would be easy! The Jester was distracted. She removed her sash, planning to bind Chloe's wrists and then drag her back to the palace.

Unbeknownst to Manila, Her waterlogged underwear had no support. As she hurried over towards Chloe she totally forgot about it. As she jogged her panties slid down, until they fell down Manila's toned leg's mid step. She left them behind, not even noticing in her focus to get the job done.

The children noticed though. A few of them hurried over, giggling. They were surprised. The refined singer had large, short shaped heavy panties, that looked like a heavy cloth diaper! The kid's all laughed, pointing at the clueless Manila as she jogged away.

Chloe was still frantically clawing at her butt, spinning in circles when Manila reached her. Manila, rolling her eyes, jumped forward, wrapping Chloe's wrists. Chloe looked up in shock. In her attempts to deal with the fish she'd practically forgotten about Manila! Now she was bound by the woman, who smirked as Chloe still squirmed, fish not yet removed. Manila started dragging Chloe along clutching the fabric around her wrists...

As Chloe struggled to get the wriggling fish out of her torn motley, something wrapped around her flailing wrists. She was caught!

For a moment, Chloe panicked. Then she remembered who she was, where she was, and what was happening. She was a showgirl! She had a fish in her pants! Life had given her a tremendous setup; this was better than anything she could have asked for. She could handle a little rope. All she had to do was wait for her cue.

“Oh, no! I am trapped! Poor Chloe has been captured!” she cried as Manila tugged her backwards towards whatever fate she had in store. “Woe to me! WOE! OH, WOE!”

“Could you at least have a little dignity in defeat?” Manila groaned. “You’re acting like one of those children.”

“Ah! You do understand!” Chloe whispered with a grin, continuing to allow herself to be led backwards by her bound wrists. “Acting! The show must go on!”

“You’re crazy,” Manila said.

“Nope! I’m just a method actress!”

Meanwhile, some of the children had climbed down to the riverbank and had found Manila’s lost panties. One of the more adventurous ones seized ahold of the sopping wet underwear and hoisted it over his head like a prize.

“Oh, eww!” said one of the kids. He poked at the dense white padding. “It’s a big diaper! Screechy lady wets the bed!”

That was Chloe’s cue. An instant later she slipped free of her bonds and peeked over Manila’s shoulder, “Whoa! Something smells fishy, and it’s not just my fish! You’ve got something in your pants, too! Or you used to!”

Manila’s wet dress clung to her skinny, flat and decidedly not-rocking-it backside. Chloe slapped had hand against Manila’s left cheek. “Bony butt! You’ve got a bony butt!” She sprung away from Manila and shouted to the children above: “Bad singers deserve to get spanked! Just like the queen!”

The children cheered- or at least most of them. The boy holding Manila’s panties saw the look of indignant fury in Manila’s eyes and sprinted down the cobblestones of the riverbank.

Manila looked back and forth from the Child running away with her panties to the Jester running away up the other direction. Manila desperately wanted her shameful panties back from that kid! Without them her dress hung flat over her narrow hips. Also just a child alone with her panties was naturally embarrassing and infuriating. But no, she had to get Chloe. she needed to please the Queen so she could gain use of the body modifying mages! Also that lunatic clown had spanked her! So she chose to pursue Chloe, even if it meant staying bottomless under her dress

Manila run, muscular legs pumping. She got close enough to Chloe to act. Using her martial prowess she leaped up, extending her leg to jump kick and floor her opponent!

Chloe hadn’t counted on her pursuer being so fast. Though she’d put some distance between herself and her foe, she wasn’t prepared for her feet to be swept out from underneath her. She wiped out, flying into a conveniently placed haystack, landing with her whole upper body inside the bale of hay. Her legs, hips and butt, however, were sticking right out- complete with the fish still wriggling around in the rip in her motley.

“I meant to do that,” Chloe said, mouth full of hay.
