Li Mae, the Traveling Monk
New to Enferia, so please feel free to make suggestions and critiques.
From the distant port of Yi-Song, the mysterious ascetic Li Mae came to Enferia to retrieve a terrible item of pure eldritch evil.
She is a pretty girl with a heart shaped face, her pageboy black hair frames perceptive and deep black eyes. Her skin is tanned from the road, but very smooth. Her clothing is baggy and does not reveal a lot of her shape.
Personality:
Mae is very modest and has so far avoided complete disaster of her body being revealed among the barbarians of Enferia. An unfortunate accident involving a monkey's paw, a clothes-snatching shen, and the underwear eating spirit Fyuy Pai has landed her in the arena recently. Her heart is pure and her kung fu is strong. She has faith that she will fight her way to freedom and continue her quest to return the evil macguffin to Yi-Song.
Abilities:
Li Mae is a crafty fighter, using her knowledge of Chi to run up walls, shatter stone with her bare palms, and stun opponents with pressure point strikes.
Light Body - Li Mae moves silently and lightly, quickly scaling sheer surfaces with minimal effort.
Five-Star Chi Strike - Mae can destroy any substance she strikes, excepting the truly enchanted.
Quivering Pressure Point - Mae may stun an opponent, giving her time to retreat or strike a final devastating blow.
Equipment:
Li Mae travels lightly, in simple monk's robes. Beneath that, who can say?
Stats:
Strength- 4
Dexterity-10
Speed- 9
Constitution- 5
Intelligence- 5
Wisdom- 7
Perception- 6
Charisma- 4

Re: Li Mae, the Traveling Monk
Interesting. Any inspiration for appearance? Feel free to join the new Arena thread I'm about to post.
Re: Li Mae, the Traveling Monk
Okay, I'll hop in! Her complexion is not classic Han Chinese, but a tanned skin the color of hot sand. Her robes conceal a muscled but voluptuous figure.
Her Robes look like buddhist vestments in my head, with shorts and tunic, and kind of toga outer vestment.
Face...think Ming-Na Wen.

Re: Li Mae, the Traveling Monk
I wanted to get your input on the skin shade (I have a brown overlay on a preexisting skin) before going any further. I think I have the face down as much as I can, too:
Re: Li Mae, the Traveling Monk
OK, I'll dress her up then, and pose her somewhere...the best I can do is dress her like a shaolin monk...
Re: Li Mae, the Traveling Monk
I really like it! Seriously great work!
